I went to visit Nurse Sylvia for a blood pressure test. The procedure was quick and easy and the nurse explained the results clearly. I did not have to wait beyond the scheduled time and the reception staff were also helpful and friendly. I feel this surgery keeps a very good record of my health and I have no problem getting to see the doctor or nurse of my choice.

I can not think of anything. It is easy to get an appointment and receptionist are wonderful, very helpful and knowledgable and friendly. Same goes with all the doctors and phlebotomy nurses. I have recommended our surgery to several of my friends. All our family are under seven dials medical center. Specially my husband that is severely disabled had been receiving best care and help from this fantstic surgery. We are very proud of seven dials medical centre.

Dr Sadler was very kind and approachable and I didn't feel rushed.

I love this surgery so much. I have unfortunately had to use medical services frequently. I have lived out of area and been at other surgeries, so can compare my treatment to these. Everyone from the doctors to the nurses to the reception staff are helpful and friendly and professional. I just wish other surgeries were half as good when I hear about other peoples experiences in other practices. A lot of surgeries could learn how to give excellent service from the seven dials practice.
